Thrive Behavioral Health Clinicians and Services
Dr. Stephanie Flood, Ph.D., BCBA, COBA is a licensed psychologist and owner of Thrive Behavioral Health. She specializes in treating children and adolescents. Specifically, she works with children and adolescents with anxiety, ADHD, Autism, adjustment disorders, and developmental differences. She takes a neuroaffirmative approach to therapy and uses the strengths of the clients to assist in reaching treatment goals. She provides individual and group therapy in addition to comprehensive psychological evaluations (e.g., Autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, etc.). Dr. Stephanie started off her career working in the schools and has extensive experience in school and parent consultation. She enjoys parent and school consultations to ensure that each child's needs and goals are being addressed across settings and outside of therapy sessions. Dr. Flood accepts the insurances listed at the bottom of the webpage.
Rayna Hutcherson, M.A. is a fourth year doctoral student at Ohio State University. She works under the supervision of Dr. Flood and Dr. Williams. Rayna provides individual counseling and comprehensive psychological evalautions.
Ebony Mundy, Ed.S., M.A. is a fourth year doctoral student at Ohio State University. She works under the supervision of Dr. Flood and Dr. Williams. She is currently a practicing school psychologist in Columbus City Schools while she is obtaining her doctorate degree. She provides individual counseling and comprehensive psychological evaluations.
Tisha Owusua, M.A. is a fourth year doctoral student at Ohio State University. She works under the supervision of Dr. Flood and Dr. Williams. Tisha provides individual counseling and comprehensive psychological evaluations.
Dr. Nikki Williams, Ph.D., BCBA, COBA is an independently licensed school psychologist. She is currently an independent contractor for Thrive Behavioral Health and is a co-supervisor of our Ohio State University students with Dr. Flood.
Dr. Emily Wojniak-Hesleton, Ph.D. is a post-doctoral fellow under the supervision of Dr. Flood. She is currently a practicing school psychologist with Columbus City Schools and Licensed Professional Counselor while she is obtaining hours towards her clinical psychology license. She provides comprehensive psychological evaluations.
